FarmVille Animals
There are two basic groups of animals in farmville: Livestock which can be bought at the Market for coins or Farmville cash, and Lost Animals which will show up on your farm from time to time. Animal crops don’t rot like plant crops which is just one advantage of animals. Once an animal is ready to be harvested, it will patiently wait for you to log in again and harvest it. They’re a trouble-free, easy to handle way of earning money and enjoying some assortment on your farm.
Livestock
At the moment the livestock which you may obtain at the Market are pretty limited. Pigs, white sheep and dairy cows are the current animal choices available at the Market. During special events and holidays, new animals will come out for a certain time. Green cows currently namedAlien Cow (previously called as BOV1NE-09) appeared in the Market for 2400 coins. A crop called “milktonium” which sells for 18 coins can be harvested from the green cows. American Thanksgiving brought the “Baby Turkey”–when harvested for the first time, it will change into a grown-up, adult Turkey. The feathers which can be harvested once every 2 days from grown Turkey can be put up for sale at 80 coins a harvest. You can get more fascinating livestock as free gifts from your friends, although the old standbys are available there as well.
The animals do not have similar harvest times. Several animals may be harvested once a day, others need 3 or even 4 days to “ripen”.
Lost Animals
Status updates of your friends might show that they have came across a lost animal on Farmville . the lost animals will periodically appear on your farm and request your help. The introduction of Wild Turkey is an example. To celebrate American Thanksgiving, the creators of Farmville released it as a new “lost animal”.
The following caption will be seen upon the appearance of the Wild Turkey on your farm:
(Your name) discovered this frightened bird in Farmville. This time of year is tough for her and her kind. Hopefully she can find comfort and safety on a friendly farm. ..
Here is a list of some of the other “lost animals” in Farmville:
*Ugly Duckling (transforms into a swan)
*Brown Cow (makes chocolate milk)
*Pink Cow (gives strawberry milk )
*Black Cat (produces yarn)
*Turtle (makes eggs)
*Black Sheep (produces chocolate wool)
*Regular cows may appear on your farm as a lost animal. They are available through the Market and can be sent as a free item by your friends as well.
You will not be able to adopt these lost animals. You can only help them by putting them up for adoption. If you have an additional account in Facebook, this is the ideal instance to log into it!
Put your animal up for adoption, then log out. Log in on your other account and instantly get the lost animal otherwise your friends might adopt it before you do! Like what I said before, keep an eye on your friend’s status updates so that you can adopt their lost animals.
If you’re obtaining a lot of cows and/or chickens, think about purchasing a Dairy Barn or a Chicken Coop.
These buildings offer a convenient way to keep the animals, as well as harvesting them all at once. A Dairy Barn or a Chicken Coop has a space for 20 cows or chickens.
