淀粉结构修饰与消化营养调控、天然高分子食品营养/药物递送系统研究、生物质可降解复合材料开发与利用等。

在Carbohydrate Polymers、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Journal of Molecular Liquids、Innovative Food Science and Emerging Technologies及食品安全质量检测学报等国内外重要学术期刊发表论文20余篇，以第一作者或通讯作者发表12篇，申请国家发明专利3项。主持江苏省自然科学基金青年科学基金项目1项，江苏中烟工业有限责任公司对外合作科技项目1项、广东省天然产物绿色加工与产品安全重点实验室开放课题1项，广西多糖材料与改性重点实验室（培育基地）开放基金重点课题1项等。
