While all of the Powell Craft nightdresses are made from 100% cotton some of them are made out of lighter cotton than others so they are more suitable for warmer temperatures. Most of the designs come in one size only but some have ties at the back or the sides to enable you to adjust the size to fit. Or the Prudence full-length nightdress with short sleeves; or the Valentina, a floaty oversized nightrdess with batwing style sleeves.
Some of the designs are full length and some are mid-length, such as the Maria, the Camilla, and the Nora, which is a white cotton sleeveless nightdress with a ribbon tie, rose embroidery and pearl seeding around the round neckline. The hem of the nightdress has a ribbon trim.
Some styles have elaborate embroidery and details on them, such as the Joanna with embroidered roses, the Judy with lilac flower embroidery, and the Rachael with seed pearl embroidery.
Most Powell Craft ladies nightdresses are plain white but there are some more colourful and patterned designs, such as the Tiffany. This is a sleeveless nightdress with a frill around the neckline and a vintage-inspired floral pattern of pink roses on white.
